Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has snubbed Chelsea and named Liverpool and Manchester City as the two favourite teams to win the Premier League

Chelsea are currently on top of the Premier League table with 22 points from nine games.

Thomas Tuchel’s side are one point ahead of second-place Liverpool and two points ahead of third-place Manchester City. “Seeing Liverpool go to Old Trafford and win so convincingly, I think it will make City worry,” Scholes was quoted by Metro UK as saying. “Chelsea… I’m not sure, they have been great and I think they are better than I actually give them credit for, but I think [the Premier League title] it’s between Liverpool and Manchester City.

“I think City watching that today, in the Champions League or the Premier League, that will frighten them.”
