Arsenal is ready to begin negotiations with Philippe Coutinho’s agent, Kia Joorabchian, over a deal to sign the player from Barcelona, according to Le10 Sport.Coutinho has spent this season on loan at Bayern Munich, but the Bundesliga champions will not make the deal permanent for €120million .

Barcelona is looking to offload a few players this summer to fund new signings and Coutinho is among those they would be keen to sell. Meanwhile, Chelsea has been heavily linked with a move for Coutinho but it is believed Arsenal is now positioning itself to sign the 27-year-old.
