Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration in Enugu State has unveiled Coal City Fellowship, an innovative platform to enable young minds in the state to harness their intellectual potential and achieve their life’s aspirations.

The initiative, which is through the State Scholarship and Education Loans Board , is in partnership with Oxford University .

The statement added that the fellowship would arm the potential fellows with TGI’s five spokes of excellence: having a big picture, building self, creating social impact, building relationships, and being approachable. The programme recognises the need to help bright young minds develop because it is crucial to unlocking their potential, they stressed. According to the statement, the fellowship, in line with its objective, will create enabling environment for students to gain quality education at any world-class university.
