The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, has said the National Assembly will revisit the Electoral Act Amendment Bill and remove the direct primary clause in it after it resumes from recess.
He said, “If you follow the history of the amendment of the direct and indirect primary bill, I initiated that amendment bill for a good reason and it is for people to participate in elections. These are the people you see around when you campaign every four years.
So the question is why did you put it in the 1st place if not for selfish reasons, my thought of nassnigeria is simple it's a rubber-stamp body.
