Yes they can!

Only dat 'Logistics' money for 'silent campaigns' keeps exchanging hands until d day of election. Naija.. I hail oo!!

Rubbish

I think we all need the rest and less tension. Let it be a 5 day of sober reflection towards making the right choices just before we cast of votes on Saturday. GOD BLESS NIGERIA.

inecnigeria if this is true, you are stupid. And which law said that?

But INEC can postpone elections at will? It's only natural that INEC allows candidates to mop up till Thursday & also extend deadline for PVC collection. inecnigeria shouldn't be seen as being draconian & highhanded.

How can parties stay silent 1 week before elections?...When NTA and Radio Nigeria would be blaring Buhari propaganda all week?...it is tantamount to deliberately disrupting the opposition's momentum as well as voter suppression.

God job INEC... let's see who will be affected most. Thank God PMB have covered and completed his campaign schedules in all the states. Thank God most IPOB members who wants to boycott the elections have no PVC to vote. woye1 Please pass me that Uchenna wing chicken biko
