David Ukpo, the alleged victim of the organ harvest case involving Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice, has asked a Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday to overturn its July 1 ruling releasing his bio-data for use in Ekweremadu’s trial in a London court.

In a suit filed on his behalf by Chief Adegboyega Awomolo SAN, Ekweremadu hadasked the Federal High Court to compel some banks and federal government agencies to release bio-data of Ukpo to him and his wife so that they could establish his true age in a London court.

Other documents sought by the Senator are bank mandate card, account opening package and bank verification number for use in their trial at the Uxbridge Magistrate Court in the United Kingdom following discrepancies in the age claimed by Ukpo upon their arrest for organ harvest charges. Justice Ekwo, after taking arguments from lawyers, had on July 1 granted the prayers of Ekweremadu and his wife and ordered the defendants to make the documents available to them.

Almost two months after the order was made, Ukpo claimed that he became aware of the order through social media and applied for a reversal of the court order.Kindly share this story: All rights reserved. For the Nigerians that don't like to read.. the boy's age is not the issue here.. the core issue was that monetary reward was promised for his organs and he was coerced through the promise of a better financial future to donate his organs if he was a match

He is right though....

Biodata that is everywhere on the internet And he has a lawyer? Pro bono I guess
