Kayode Egbetokun, acting inspector-general of police, has set up a committee to review the force’s firearms licensing and regulations.

In a statement on Monday, Muyiwa Adejobi, force spokesperson, said Egbetokun has issued a warning to those in possession of arms and light weapons without authorisation.
