EFCC reacts to US report on massive, pervasive corruption in Buhari government

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said that the recent report released by the United State on Nigeria’s anti-corruption war was false and misleading.

The agency pointed out that it made remarkable progress in the areas of convictions, recovery of looted assets and the forfeiture of cash and property to the government. “These US agencies are familiar with the determination and passion with which the Commission is going about the fight against corruption.

“The rest of Africa appreciates the administration’s work in terms of fighting corruption in Nigeria which was the impetus behind the designation of President Buhari as the Anti- Corruption Champion early last year by the African Union . In that capacity, President Buhari is saddled with the responsibility of leading the rest of Africa out of the corruption quagmire.

US report is true

US is really feeling the heat of no corrupt money coming to them again. They shld return our stolen money

Corruption was mentioned twice in EFCC. Ignore the first two letters in the acronym. It remains Corruption Corruption.

See your mouth 'they should leave alone ' instead of begging them to come and recolonise you. You will go and beg for arm & ammunition, health, education etc. You were still the one that ran to them that you're too curroupt, now they've given you your score card & shouting
