Relief materials being distributed by Edo State Government, to victims of flooding in five local government areas, in Benin City, Edo State capital.
Gowon said the five local government areas that received the materials are Ikpoba-Okha, Oredo, Ovia North-East, Uhunmwode, and Etsako East. The governor’s aide said the state government is putting flood control measures in place in the affected areas to prevent future reoccurrence.
