The Ebonyi State Police Command says it has begun investigation into a viral video which showed the uncivil conduct of some of its officers. The Command's Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Joshua Ukandu, made this known to newsmen in a statement on Sunday.

The Ebonyi State Police Command says it has begun investigation into a viral video which showed the uncivil conduct of some of its officers. The Command's Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Joshua Ukandu, made this known to newsmen in a statement on Sunday.

Ukandu, who stated that the Command also condemned the unprofessional conduct of the officers, said necessary administrative measures have already been initiated while a detailed investigation into the incident has commenced to ensure justice and appropriate disciplinary action. He explained that the Commissioner of Police, CP Augustina Ogbodo, has reiterated that no form of incivility to members of the public or any form of misconduct by any officer will be tolerated under her watch.
