The newly posted Commissioner of Police in Oyo State, Chuks Enwonwu has urged police officers in the state not to tamper with fundamental human rights of residents of the state.

Enwonwu who took over the baton of leadership from CP Shina Olukolu on Monday urged police officers in the state to extend the support given to his predecessor to him. Enwonwu said, “I expect you to respect the fundamental human rights of the citizens in the state as enshrined in the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.“I want to urge you that you should go back to your divisions to maintain a high level of discipline.
