The Muslim community in Ondo State, under the auspices of the Association of League of Imams and Alfas, has called on the State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, to reverse his decision to hand over primary and secondary schools to faith-based organisations.

This is sequel to the recent state government’s decision to return the schools to some religious organisations in the state.

Speaking with journalists in Akure, on Wednesday, on the development, the Chairman League of Imams and Alfas for Ondo State Muslim Community, Sheikh Ahmad Aladsawe, said handing over the schools to the faith-based organisations would not do any good to the state’s educational sector.

Hello

Why? After giving schools/pupils another orientation apart from the original Purpose.(FG, is a failure on the part of education and schools already) should we allow this decay to continue in the hands of govt?

Yorubas, open your eyes before Fulani will use the name of Islam take over your land. Kwara is already gone

Please 🙏 share

The question must be asked, do we want quantity or quality education? If we desire quality education, then the schools are better in the hands of the missionaries. The Muslims are threatening with court actions as if they will be the Judge and Jury.

So they can bring their hijab problem just like they did in kwara, well it not my business, they can't try this in SE

So that they can start misbehaving the way they are doing in Kwara, wearing Hijab in mission schools

Who established those schools?

See matter o Please tell us what are you doing there as a governor of you can't fund elementary schools? Sir just resign if you can't continue Missionaries bawo ? Doggie ni

When the government failed to fund those schools abi I just tire for this people Sha... Who even build those schools 🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦯

Can't even pay salaries of workers; APC is a Curse
