In a surprise moves, the immediate past Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Yakubu Dogara has endorsed the candidature of Air Marshall Sadiq Baba Abubakar of the All Progressives Congress for next week's Governoship election in Bauchi State.

Speaking to a mammoth crowd of supporters in Alkaleri Local Government Area of Bauchi State on Wednesday , Dogara maintained that the state is desirous of a change in leadership. The former Speaker is a member of the People’s Democratic Party and member of the Presidential Campaign Council of the party’s presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
