Captioned:"Effective Date Adjustment CNA TO ASN II Promotion 2023," the circular which was copied to CCEO, Agency Secretary, SA to CCEO, MA to CCEO, Directors, Academy Commandant, Zonal/State/Special Area Commanders, Unit Heads; DD Admin and AD, RM was signed by Alhaji Lawair Hamisu msi, mni, Assistant Commander-General of Narcotics Director, Administration & Establishment on behalf of the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer. dated 31 May 2023 on CNA promotion to ASN II refers.
