President Muhmmadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Col. Millhand Dixon Dikio as Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme .
The immediate past Coordinator of the Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Dokubo, has been directed to hand all official matters of the office over to the most senior officer of the programme. “This followed the President’s approval of the disengagement of Prof. Charles Quarker Dokubo from Office as the Coordinator, Amnesty Programme with immediate effect.
“President Buhari appreciated the services of Prof. Dokubo to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and wished him the best in his future endeavours”, the statement said.
