He revealed to the National Assembly panel headed by Senator Abdullahi Gumel representing Jigawa North-East Senatorial District that the “National Boundary Commission has six zonal offices across the country without a single operational vehicles in the zones.” The Acting DG added that Nigerian citizens have been taken for granted in some communities with international boundaries as a result of the commission’s inability to intervene.
