Towards giving home-buyers value for their investments, a Lagos-based real estate company, ElanOrris, has called for improvement in standards of housing construction.

The project manager of the firm, Olasunkanmi Adeyemi, made the call at the ground breaking ceremony of The Comfort Château schemes in Lekki, Lagos.

Adeyemi explained that the projects, which showcased unique architectural designs with optimum utilisation of internal and external spaces, will deliver daily comfort to its residents. Also speaking, a senior officer on the project, Ogheneriode Oghe, said: “The Comfort Château offer its stakeholders the opportunity to live, work and play in a well-designed and well-deserved estate in Lekki-Lagos.”
