Controversy is trailing the invitation of some Islamic clerics for Iftar at the Government House, Ibadan, on Wednesday by Governor, despite the ban on social gatherings by the Federal Government to curtail the spread of the novel coronavirus.
“Notwithstanding the fact that he is a Christian, the state governor will today host some Islamic clerics. He had been doing this even in his individual capacity . But a group, the Joint Action Committee for the Preservation of the Rights and Honours of Imams, has called on the clerics not to honour the governor.
Makinde is governor loco. Oyo State is now having increase cases. Pls someone should tell this mumu man that science doesn't have respect for his mumu brain. When science shows you a pattern, you take it or face the consequences. Now Oyo State is facing the consequences.
Makinde is Governor corruption. I am sure this man ll end his career in prison. How can a governor cancel a contract dat was awardd for ₦7 bilion and re-awardd it for ₦9 bilion just 2 months after initial payment was made claimin d contractor is slow? Where is d breathin space?
