Ahead of the Local Government election in Delta State, the chairmanship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Warri North, Festus Ashima, has reaffirmed his determination to lead a new surge of growth in building a strong, and healthy local government when elected as Chairman.

He said: “I am in the Chairman ship race to broaden the base of economic participation in Warri North Local Government Council by making effective use of our natural resources for the overall development of our people and communities. We will open the Warri North economy to all who bring new capital, new knowledge, new ideas, and new levels of efficiency through an investment that will generate massive employment for young people.
