‘Delta fills four, lags in 200-slot army recruitment quota’

The army chief, who is the Team Lead of the South-South Recruitment Exercise, made the statement when his team visited the Secretary to the Delta State Government , Kingsley Emu, in his office at Asaba, the state capital.
