He said most of them cannot afford the tickets and stickers, lamenting high taxation and its effect on them. He urged the government to address the issue to reduce the prices of the tickets and stickers, as well as touts and alleged extortion by police operatives.
'Keke business is not doing well because everything is going up and it's affecting us. We cannot even get one square meal anymore because the government is harsh. The agberos are disturbing,' he said. Another commercial tricyclist, Jeremiah Utonraye, corroborated the claims of his colleague. 'The police take ₦100 from us every day in Orhunwhorhun, in Enerhen junction here, they take,' he lamented.
