Death tolls in the ongoing multi-ethnic crises in southern Taraba have continued to rise.
The Tiv however, are not part of Jukun, despite their co-existence and intermarriages with the Jukun for centuries. “Soon, the quarrel resulted into physical combat. It was gathered that the multi-ethnic wars in southern Taraba are a source of worry to Governor Ishaku, who is Jukun but has married Tiv.
