Culture central to Nigeria’s unity, says Ewuare

The monarch, who spoke at his palace in Benin, the Edo State capital, endorsed the National Festival for Arts and Culture scheduled to hold in the ancient city from October 19 to 26.Oba Ewuare expressed delight that this year’s NAFEST will coincide with his fourth year anniversary on the throne, adding that it would be used as a platform for marking the anniversary.

Oba Ewuare expressed appreciation to the NCAC chief for giving Edo State the hosting right and for the festival and for enlisting the collaboration of the palace to host the event.Runsewe saidhe was in the palace to brief Oba Ewuare about the festival and obtain his royal blessing.
