The Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Aliyu, on Tuesday ordered a full-scale investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a student of the Institute of Management Technology, Precious Okafor.

It was learnt that Miss Agbo, a student of Science Laboratory Technology was killed and dumped in a gutter along the Presidential Road in Independence Layout on Sunday. The police commissioner in statement by the command’s Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe, on Tuesday said two persons had been arrested and were being investigated to ascertain their culpability or otherwise in the death of the lady.He added that the corpse had been deposited in the mortuary for preservation and autopsy.

“The Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Aliyu, has ordered the State CID to carry out a full-scale investigation to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death of a young lady,” the statement added.All rights reserved.
