Do they have borders?

Reactive in everything we do. Not proactive. Same will happen to other states without COVID 19. When hit with an index case they will close their borders. Why not be proactive for once?

Border closer usually come after index case, I don't know why

You waited to record a case before closing border.....this guys self...anyways u have up to 100 ventilators
