There is no point creating an avenue for corruption when things that we need money for are staring us in the face. Even if investment in online technology does not serve our purpose now, such investment will surely be useful in future.
“I would like to tell you that I was in the university in Nigeria. It is always a shame each time I return back home for holiday when messages that require urgent attention would stay in my inbox for either lack of electricity or network. Before I left for Rwanda, I was supervising some PG students back home, getting to Rwanda I discovered that it was so easy to attend to my students back home, even though they will have to make use of business centres.
This long epistle speaks for itself. From my further research on Rwanda, I came to the conclusion that the stopping of teaching and learning was never an option for them. Nearly all the universities in the country shifted online since the lockdown there took effect on Saturday, March 21. Lecturers could send resources in the form of web links and educational videos, while students could easily submit their assignments at an agreed date. We can’t boast of such in Nigeria.
They have their target
I don't understand. How does empty stomach learn anyway. Shouldn't that be the question?
...But you prepared to talk to pupils who were dead it's rather unfortunate
They are the ones swallowing the money
Half education is better than none. You cant be sure they are learning nothing.
Looting Strategy!
Stupidity of the Govt. Deceptive Govt.
What are they supposed to learn in the lock down? Even those who learnt, what can they do about it during the lock down? She's really talking in the nonsense.
the scammers are the feeders not the fed,
Can someone please tell me the point she is trying to make.
It is business
APC government is a big scammer
They are actually feeding themselves!
I think this feeding program is the biggest scam of this administration
