The Permanent Secretary in the Edo State Ministry of Health, Osamwonyi Irowa, said the state had recorded four deaths from COVID-19 related complications within 24 hours including a man that received his vaccine in the United State of America.He said, “Within 24 hours we have recorded four deaths, 65 new cases and eight recoveries. One of the victims is a 57-year-old man that had taken full dose of Johnson and Johnson vaccine in USA; he was also diabetic while others were unvaccinated persons.
