I am not so sure some of the people who have commented on the issue have come across the Quarantine Act. There is a Quarantine Act of 1926, it’s been published in all of the Laws of Nigeria, every edition of the Laws of Nigeria, it is there.
Half baked Dino who was in national assembly for 8yrs never knew this and my legal luminary Adegoruwa through out his law sch years don't know that either. I will enjoined you all before challenging the president with this able VP on legal matters go back and read well.
