COVID-19: FG needs no permission from Rivers gov over Caverton case — Minister – Daily Trust

The Federal Government has said that it does not need any permission from Governor Nyesom Wike to fly into any military facility in the country, warning that the issue of the Coronavirus is a matter of life and death and should not be politicized.

Wike is their match!

You need the permission because your planes and helicopters will not remain or land in the air. They will land on the land and the pilots and their passengers will use the land which is exclusively controlled by the state. Does the federal government own the air and land ways? No

If not permission, at least need to inform them.

I don't understand u pple, once u are govt.u misbehave but when u are out of govt.U begin to reason rightly,it causes u nothing to inform the gov.for better resolution,if u are in his shoe, wud tolerate that? DO THE NEEDFUL

GovWike the Minister hadisirika is talking to you. Don’t always be in the news for only bad reason everytime.

I think Gov. Wike is in charge of the state and it's his responsibility to take care of the state, so if there is no beefing FG should have inform Gov. Wike because lockdown order is in place already by Gov. Wike!

Then what makes him the chief security of that state?

Nawa, Nigeria? Politics politics politics with everything!

The beefing is unnecessary. Does the airport in portharcourt belong to Rivers or federal government?
