The Lagos State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Moyosore Onigbanjo , says the state has yet to sign the contract for the digitalisation of its courts because of the coronavirus pandemic

.

He, however, said the administration was still determined to achieve its courts digitalisation plan before the end of the year.Onigbanjo stated this on Wednesday at Alausa, Ikeja, during the ministerial press briefing to mark the first anniversary of the Sanwo-Olu’s administration. The attorney general also disclosed that steps were being taken to address the concerns raised by some lawyers on the constitutionality of virtual court hearings, necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
