The Federal High Court in Abuja has struck out the lawsuit seeking for an order of court for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission , to investigate the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Adams Oshiomhole.
Justice Anwili Chikere struck out the lawsuit on Monday, while ruling on the preliminary objection filed by Oshiomhole. Oshiomhole had, in his preliminary objection, asked the court to dismiss the suit, noting that the plaintiff lacked the locus standi to institute the action. While the judge agreed with the counsel to the plaintiff, Mrs Uju Chukwura, that Section 6 of the EFCC Act mandates the Commission to investigate and prosecute any allegation of financial anomalies, she, however, noted that in Oshiomole’s case, the suit is statute barred.
According to her, the plantiff failed to seek judicial review within the stipulated three months window and only approached the court 18 months later.
Nija.......! I thought as much. Hmmmm.!!!!!!!!!!!! Many days for the robber, only one day for the owner
Why will you ask court before you investigate him is that what has been applicable to others
Nigerians are the only solution to the menace called CORRUPTION, peaceful protest and the culprit must step aside to be investigated. GodHelpNigeria
There is no difference between the FG, Court, and Efcc?
Why does officialEFCC needs a court order to investigate. Which judge issued the order for Saraki's investigation, Fayose investigation and other PDP. When it APC cabals and caucus, EFCC waits for court order. Shame.
If a thief goes to steal in the market in broad day light and he's cheered, he'll come back to do it again. Our leaders keep getting away with 'murder' and its emboldened them to do it over and again.
APC special form to fight corruption in our country Nigeria. The guilty people are the ones to be hunted. There is God ooh. Osho Baba is bigger than been investigated. Na so APC: Next Level.

The court have never being this corrupt in the history of Nigeria like it is the APC government, shame on Nigeria in the hands of buhari. God forbid.
But you went ahead to seize Saraki 's properties
So Efcc is no longer independent, wawu. Kalakuta republic
A day is coming that the King that does not know Joseph will get to the throne. ...the judgement of God is just an Inch away.
Nigeria will learn by force under this devilish government
Does officialEFCC file court orders when they want to investigate Yahoo boys? Why should people suspected of graft be treated differently. All of them are yahoo people. Evil people with no character
Apc have bastardize the judiciary even more terrible than any government in the history of Nigeria
We just have APC court. Not a competent court. This country is just a joke. I can’t pray for Nigeria again. Never.
But EFF was chasing people with no petition against them. 4 years is much but not too much..
Shouldn’t the Chairman of APC, a party that makes so much noise about its anti-corruption stance, willingly submit himself to EFCC investigation as a worthy example to the corrupt opposition? Hypocrisy is indeed a Nigerian.
APC vibes
This is unacceptable, we will not accept it,why is Osho baba above the law,or his sins forgiven by APC buahari ,
APC style of fighting corruption in Nigeria. Only the opposition elements are haunted.
Did officialEFCC seek permission from court before investigating dizeani, saraki, mama peace, onnoghen and others? This people are just jokers.
Na d work wey we dey do
The Anti- corruption battle.
Bloody hypocrites...
Their boss( Buhari) has asked them to do that. The criminal serves Buhari's interest at the moment, so he can't be touched or called a thief..
When u are in APC , all sins are forgiven
Oshiomole is a disgrace that betrayed the masses because of greed of money
Ochobaba. No near am o
At least they can't take my breathe from me,let the madness continue,I think they have concluded to take us for a ride in this Nation
It’s called come to APC and you sins shall be forgiven
Once u join APC ur sins are automatically forgiven no forces of government can touch u
Not a news, soon the same EFCC will investigate Uche Secondus.
In His days justice shall flourish and peace till the moon fails
He is too big to be investigated by any Nigerian agencies. Congratulation Mr osho baba
I love Nigeria... We always have something to talk about... Adams Oshiomole's face depicts Corruption.
He’s part of the government.. untouchable I gues
😅😅😅😅😅😅😅so EFCC needs to be mandated, compelled, instructed to investigate Oshiobaba before it does..
