The judge struck out the two suits filed by Mr Saraki against EFCC, ICPC and others on the grounds of lack of diligent prosecution.

Inyang Ekwo, the judge, in a short ruling, struck out the suits for lack of diligent prosecution.

In the suits, the Attorney-General of the Federation , Inspector-General of Police and State Security Service are 1st to 3rd defendants respectively. However, Mr Saraki, on 10 May 2019, filed the two separate suits before a judge, Taiwo Taiwo , to challenge the action of the EFCC.
