The charges against Peoples Democratic Party politician Babatunde Gbadamosi, his wife, Folashade, and musician Afeez Fashola were dropped by Lagos State when they appeared in court for prosecution.
Mr Wale Akoni represented Babatunde Gbadamosi, Mr Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa represented Folashade, while Ms Damilola Ayinde-Marshall represented Fashola. Thanking the court also, Adegboruwa said, “On behalf of the third defendant , I express appreciation to His Excellency, Mr President, and the governor, the attorney-general, the DPP and his team, the police and, most of all, the court.
Ayinde-Marshall, Fashola’s counsel, thanked the president, the governor of Lagos, the police and the DPP.
They should collect his phone too

Are you kidding us? Same offence but different penalties? They need to rescind Funke Akindele's punishment. This is unfair! Gbadamosi can't be in police cell for 1hr....the truth be told.
