Mohammed of Kado Village Abuja pleaded guilty on a count charge of cruelty to a child and begged the court for mercy.
The Prosecution Counsel, Mrs Ijeoma Ukagha, told the court that the matter was lodged at the Life Camp Police Station by one Suleiman Dauda, of Kado Village, Abuja on July 13. She said without provocation, the defendant intentionally and violently dumped her two-month-old baby, exposing him to danger.
