Magistrate O. O. Oshin made the order following Ozurumba’s arraignment by the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad , Adeniji-Adele, Lagos.
He said first defendant Ozurumba conspired with one Kelechi still at large, and killed Taxify driver, Olufemi Ebenezer.
