Court fixes May 27 to hear N100m suit filed against CCEC by member of staff

The National Industrial Court has fixed May 27, to hear a suit filed by a staff of the CCECC, Mr Godspower Ntaka, for N100 million for emotional trauma, psychological anxiety, mental stress and discriminatory treatment arising from his ordeal at the hands of armed robbers during an official duty.
