A Customary Court in Ekiti on Wednesday dissolved a 32-year-old marriage between Mr. Oladipo Ogunleye and his wife, Adeola Falade over failure to pay dowry.
Delivering judgment, Ojo held that it is evident that no marriage exists between the parties but a mere cohabitation .”The petitioner is advised to build a cordial relationship with his five children. I advice the respondent to encourage all the children to spend holidays with their father in order to maintain the bond between the father and his children.
