"This Court hereby enters judgment as follows: The Court Orders that the applicants are entitled to their personal liberty as provided for in Section 35 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended and S.35 thereof which provides that the Applicant's liberty should not be deprived save upon reasonable suspicion of his having committed a criminal offence.
