CLCC demands FAAN’s compliance with court order authorising disclosure of revenue

The Registered Trustees of the Centre for Law & Civil Culture has asked the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria to comply fully with the judgment of a Federal High Court in Lagos, which ordered it to disclose the revenue generated from tollgates and parking lots’ fees in all Federal Government-owned airports.

But in a letter dated April 18, 2024, the Executive Secretary of CLCC, Abdulganeey Imran, reminded FAAN of the need to fully comply with the order of the court.
