Ckay , was born to high-handed parents and grew up in the northern Nigerian city of Kaduna, where he spent a majority of his early life. Other than his father, Ckay had a lot of other musical influences who shaped his taste in music at a young age and helped him to fine-tune his sound. He didn’t have connections, so he had to utilise the internet in search of production jobs to earn a living.
