There was pandemonium when officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) arrived late at a polling unit in Lagos State. A video shared by Nigerian famous singer, Folarin Falana, better known by his stage name Falz, on social media shows a very rowdy and chaotic situation at the polling unit following the delay caused by the late arrival of the election officials.
