The Christian Association of Nigeria has condemned FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC, makers of Peak Milk, for using an “offensive” advert to depict the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
In a statement on Monday, Joseph Daramola, CAN general secretary, described the advertorial as “insensitive, offensive, and unacceptable.” “We are deeply disappointed that a company of such repute would stoop so low to exploit the religious sentiments of its customers for profit.
I don't know why they are finding creativity that offensive.
CAN always doing the most.
Religious folks should get over themselves abeg! We quarrel over adopted religions more than the owners of the Middle Eastern religions sef.
Because they are JESUS themselves. 😆
Peak only observes the rising of Christ ⛪
CAN always coming out over carnal and irrelevant issues but to simply sanitize the occultic and witchcraft practices by most of its members they will act dumb and blind, conglomerate of end time Pharisees.
This is a concept that speaks a lot.... CAN is just too insensible....
Man can not fight for God. My God is a consuming fire. He is able. A presidential candidate of one country said God would not stop his victory. He won but did not live to rule. Fear God!
Man can not fight for God. My G

I dont blame dem. If na islam, dem fo don knw wetin dem do demselves. Christianity dey soft
Last time it was Sterling Bank and nothing was done. This time it's Peak Milk. Only God knows which is next. They should be sanctioned, enough of talk-and-do nothing

CAN shouldn't have time for this.
That Can no serious. They dey play. Wetin concern peak with blood of Jesus 😂
Last year, it was StanbicIBTC
Well done. I was also expecting CAN to slam some pastors with fake prophesies and for leaving the word of God and serving tables (politicians).
Since last year Sterling Bank Tweet, I stopped transacting with any account of that Bank. I don't even use their ATMs again Peak Milk has joined...though I like them but they have joined. You can't dishonor my Lord and Saviour and expect me to make u richer in my capacity
So stupid peakmilk
Very insensitive of them
What's wrong with this CAN!? What nonsense are they propagating. Was Jesus not bruised? Is the Peak Can their Jesus ...Mad men in cassock
For CAN to be offended is quite understandable. How do Peak Milk think of deform the CAN and get away with it.
Someone tell CAN to shut it! This is being overzealous.
Corporate irresponsibility should be addressed in Nigeria. Sterling Bank did same last year. The pertinent question is if such could be done to Islam without reprisals of all shades?
Sterling Bank make such offensive 🙄 ad last year. 'Just like Agege bread 🍞 he rose again' received knocks. They should try this rubbish in their home country 🙄 now.

CAN is getting petty and getting involved n frivolities. They said nothing concrete about Muslim-Muslim ticket it is Peak Milk advert they are bothered about.🤦🏿♂️
PeakMilk must apologize to Christians for this. What a nonsense I only pity my fellow Christians who still use PeakMilk products. This is really insulting to the body of Christ.
Try this in other Places the country for don burn…
Have they seen this even more tasteless PalmPay ad

A stupid bank did something similar last year
Almost every year, one brand takes a piss at the sanctity of the season!
They just want to be heard
Daniel_Chilax
🤣🤣😂
Like MURIC, you've started your rubbish too.
Great ad. Of course the old heads will seek something to be mad about. Especially when the Police shat its pants on the same creative direction.
If it was listed on the 🇺🇸 stock market, it would have touched 52 week low first
