“Besides, if all the judges and justices have to recuse themselves from the election petition tribunals once it is ascertained that some of their relations and friends happen to be card-carrying members or contested elections on the platform of any of the contending political parties, then, there would be no judge left to participate in any of the trials in both state and national election petition tribunals.
