President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Niger for the 12th Extra-Ordinary Session of the Assembly of African Union Heads of State and Government.The Extraordinary Session of the Assembly of the Union is expected to launch the operational instruments of the Agreement establishing AfCFTA, which Nigeria is expected to sign.
The committee had recommended that Nigeria should sign the Agreement which aims to boost intra-African trade.
