The Labour Party has expressed confidence that the Supreme Court judgment on the presidential election petition, scheduled for delivery on Thursday, will be in its favour.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the party’s national legal officer, Kehinde Edun, disclosed this to newsmen on Wednesday.We are expecting victory because that is what justice demands; that is what Nigerians want. We will not lose hope. We have presented our case before the court,”We are confident of victory for the Labour Party and Nigerians.

In their appeals, Atiku and Obi are alleging widespread electoral fraud and certificate forgery by Tinubu and are praying the court to nullify his victory and declare them the winner of the election.
