Among the three victims is Matthew Utuama, a younger brother to the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Prof. Amos Agbe Utuama.
An eyewitness who spoke on condition of anonymity said the victims were four in number and they were taking refuge in an apartment as the 30 minutes heavy rain fall between Otu-Jeremi and Udu town in Udu Local Government Areas. A Senior Police Officer attached to Otu -Jeremy who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed the report, pointing out that the deceaseds have been deposited at the morgue.
