The president made call while receiving some governors of the All Progressives Congress , legislators and political leaders at his residence in Daura, Katsina State.He assured that the government understood their position, and negotiations should continue, with students in lecture halls.
Also disappointing is the fact that he now have time to say something about the strike of more than four months.
What a disappointing statement from President Buhari. It clearly shows he is not in tune reasons why ASUU in on strike and the outcomes of series of meetings between ASUU and his government representatives.

PMB's empty statement wouldn't make ASUU to call off the strike, but rather harden their stance. His no work no pay did not work. What next...?
