Member representing Isa-Sabon Birni federal constituency of Sokoto State, Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga, is dead.

He was a first-time member of the House elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress . The Nation learnt that the corpse of the lawmaker has been taken to Sokoto for burial, according to Islamic rites. Spokesman of the House, Hon. Akin Rotimi, who confirmed the incident, said the death was announced on the lawmakers’ platform this morning.
