BREAKING: Kano records first case of coronavirus

The Kano State Commissioner of Health, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa, has confirmed an index case of Coronavirus in the state.

The state on Saturday, recorded its first COVID-19 case, since the outbreak of the disease in Nigeria. Tsanyawa said the state government would soon make an official announcement on the development as the governor was said to be in a meeting with health experts and the state COVID19 Committee.
