The crisis rocking the Imo State House of Assembly few weeks to the end of its tenure deepened, Thursday, with the resignation of the Deputy Speaker, Ugonna Ozurigbo.
Meanwhile, the resignation letter dated May 15, was received by the office of the Clerk of the state House of on May 16. The Deputy Speaker in the eight paragraph letter attributed his resignation to his new responsibilities as a member-elect of the House of representatives.
